Instructors make a commitment to you for the time of a scheduled workshop. It's very difficult to fill a spot at short notice, even when there is a waiting list, as plans change over time.
Notify me at least 30 days in advance of a workshop, and receive a full refund minus $20 cancellation fee. 14-30 days in advance, receive 50% refund. This accounts for expenses and planning that has already taken place to prepare your materials. Less than 14 days notice and your fees cannot be refunded. You can transfer your registration to another person.
In the (rare) event of an emergency that requires cancellation by the instructor, students will be immediately informed and full refunds issued. I want all my students to be happy with their experience, so if you are unsatisfied with your workshop, please let me know for partial or full refund depending on specific circumstances. Thank you!
